My name is Fiona and I am so glad you found your way here. I am a BACP registered, fully trained and experienced Humanistic Counsellor with a person-centred approach which means that our sessions will be focused on your unique needs and goals. Life has its challenges and I want you to know that you don’t have to face them alone if you are finding your support network is not working for you or you have experiences that you would like to explore and process in a safe and discrete space.
As a Humanistic counsellor, I endeavour to create an affirming, trusting, welcoming environment that offers you the opportunity to freely express your thoughts and feelings in a place of safety where you feel you can explore areas of low mood, anxiety, hurt, shame, addiction, loneliness, anger, fear and other life experiences. This will be a place where you can trust that you will be respected but also be able to engage with gentle challenge about repeated negative thoughts or behaviours.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem struggles or any other challenges, I’m here to listen and help you find your own answers. I won’t tell you what to do or offer quick fixes, but I will be by your side as you explore your thoughts and emotions, helping you gain clarity and insight.
